Verify that the default Receiving location for this warehouse is a license-plate controlled location.
• Go to the Warehouse setup and check the warehouse.
• Look at the Warehouses’ Default Receiving location
• Write down the receiving location id
• Go to the Locations screen and find the location profile id.
• Go to the Location Profile screen and verify if it is a license plate controlled location. If it is not a license plate controlled location then set it to be license plate control. Note, you cannot change a location profile License Plate settings if there are already inventoried locations bearing that location profile id.

Change the Menu Item ‘s work creation process to License Plate Receiving.
