Exception Details
In cases where a user begins processing work, and the work gets abandoned without being completed, sometimes it is not very clear on how to resume that work.
This is a method that has worked for us quite well. See the solution below.
Solution
Here is what you will have to do.
1. Menu item name: Resume Work
2. Title: Resume Work
3. Mode: Work
4. Use exisOng work: checked
5. Directed by: User directed
6. Do not add a work class
7. Add the new menu item to the relevenat menu.
Warehouse Management > Setup > Mobile Device > Menu
With this you will be able to resume work by scanning/entering the work id.
